Technical Support Engineer/Executive will be responsible to manage technical service-related
operations of our organization. Other responsibilities includes looking the work of engineering,
IT or maintenance staff to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to
● Coordinating IT projects.
● Implementing new software and technologies.
● Participating in business meetings.
● Escalating inquiries or issues and ensure proper follow-up.
● Troubleshoot and problem solving IT related issue.
● Training subordinate and management staff.
● Providing guidance for problems and questions.
● Providing support to end users, troubleshoot customer queries and setup of networks.
● Proven experience in a Technical Support Role.
● Experience with Computers and Networks.
● Working knowledge in all required software and programming languages.
● Skill set such as Service Delivery management, Project Management, Client service management, Vendor Management, Process Excellence, Training and Team management.
● Speak English, Bahsan and lives in Jakarta.
