We are looking for Accounts Manager who has an experience of developing long-term relationship with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Accounts Manager will ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
● Managing assigned current key accounts and potential new client’s project such as Proof of Concept. (POC)
● Primary point of contact for new and current customers with regards to commercial and operations matters.
● Integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
● Creates new opportunity within his or her customer base.
● Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
● Establishing critical paths for success in business expansion of existing clients.
● Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
● Ability to solve technical/troubleshooting problems.
● Monitoring and ensuring timely payments of clients. To resolve any dispute arises from the client’s invoices.
● Experience in handling and managing large and complex accounts
● Experience in delivering solutions base projects to clients.
● Prior experience in technical implementation
● Exposure of Supply Chain Management (Preferred)
● Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
● Strong analytics and problems solving skills
● Good presentation skills set and having the ability to create own materials for presentation.
● 2-3 years working experience in tech base company or other service industry.
● Degree holders in any fields.
